Everyone has rights.
Rights are laws and rules that say you should be treated fairly and equally.
Sometimes people with disability aren’t treated fairly at school or university, when using public transport, or at work.
If you or someone you know is being treated unfairly, you can make a complaint to the Australian Human Rights Commission.
