This page is for people living with disability, their families and supporters.
It has information about:
- what planning is
- how to make a plan.
Planning helps you to be in control of your life.
You can make a plan by deciding what you want and then deciding how to get what you want.
You can make a plan on your own, with your family, with a friend, with a support worker or with a professional planner.
If you are using the National Disability Insurance Scheme you will need to make decisions about your personal support and funding.
