The first meeting
Just like a first date, the first meeting of your peer network is really important for setting the scene about what you hope the network can offer. This includes making sure that people can find where the meeting is happening and can get into the building (or social media site). It also includes helping people to agree rules for how people should conduct themselves in the network meeting, so that everyone has a say and is treated well. Finally, it is important to make sure that everyone gets something helpful from the meeting, and that actions are followed up.
To the left you'll find an index of QuickGuides covering these elements.
