The Autistic Caregivers Peer Network is a welcoming space for Autistic adults who are caregivers. Co-designed and led by Autistic people, the network focuses on caregivers’ own wellbeing, identities and experiences – rather than the people they care for. Members can choose what they would like to learn about and have opportunities to build their self-advocacy skills. The network provides a culturally safe and inclusive space for people across the gender spectrum. Autistic adults with a formal diagnosis and those who self-diagnose are equally welcome.
Peer network meetings are held on the 3rd Monday of every month, from 10:30-12:30pm (in-person at Unley and online via Zoom).

The Peer Connect website was created on Kaurna Country. We acknowledge the Kaurna people as the Traditional Custodians of the Adelaide Plains and pay our respects to Elders past and present. The peer groups and networks on this site extend across many other Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander nations and language groups throughout Australia, and we acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of those Countries and their continuing connection to land, waters and community.
This site exists for people with disability to connect, learn and thrive. No matter your background, identity or lived experience, you belong here. Welcome.
